Hello...

I'd like some help in this matter:

In the process of resetting my iPhone, I got to the dialogue which asked me whether I would like to restore from a backup or treat it as a new phone. As I clicked that I would like to restore it from a backup, iTunes crashed.

Every time that I try to start the phone now, it gets to the Apple logo and hangs for a while before the circular spinning animation begins. This animation continues indefinitely. iTunes doesn't recognize the phone at this point.

Please help me.

hold down the home and sleep button while connected to iTunes via USB and the phone will go into restore mode and restore again!
