hi plz help me my iphone is getting slow...last time it was fast but when i updated it unlocked and jail break it ..now its getting slow ...can anyone have a idea how to make it run fast again

i used ziphone...i unlocked it jailbreak ed it and activited it ...any idea..
it's not running as fast as it was before
