iPhone Golden Brown Apple leather case daily users

Now that it's been almost a month, how's it looking so far? This color intrigues me but I've seen some nasty looking pics of last years California poppy. It didn't look to age well. Thoughts? Feelings?

I’m curious about this as well. Mine has been on my 13Pro all day everyday since release, still looks new out. The box.

I have been using it the day it launched. The colour look a lot like pumpkin or orange than the box or photo on apple. The edges of the case patina are lot but not the back of the case. Look bad IMO cuz not the whole case patina, disappointed, if I can pick again I will go for the green or midnight.

Strip off the orange with alcohol like the guy in the patina proud thread. Brings it to more of a saddle brown that will patina all over.

Your case doesn't look bad at all. It takes a long time with constant use to get patina, especially across the back. It doesn't matter what color you get, they are all going to take time. And if one doesn't't hold the phone in the hand where to back is in solid contact with the palm, patina is going to take even longer, not to mention if one doesn't have a lot of natural oils on the hand and fingers when using the case.

Just wanted to revisit this thread and see how the Golden Brown cases are looking after a couple of months. Please post some pics if you've had this case for awhile. I'm still on the fence.

I took alcohol to it. Really liking the colour now.

Been running the Golden Brown since launch. Its wearing only on the the edges, just like the SB for my 12 Pro, which just looked awful after 12 mo. Just ordered some fine grit sandpaper and some mink oil. Going to hit it with 90% Alc, sand, and oil.
