A very mediocre fake.
Someone went into Photoshop and slapped on the command line interface while ignoring the fact that the status bar and virtual keyboard are products of the OS X interface.
In fact, if you look directly above the P, you can see where they erased more pixels than they should have.
Just out of curiosity though, does anyone's phone actually say "cingular" in the top left hand corner? They all say "AT&T" right?
how did you not know that was fake lol, its so obvious
I think it's pretty convincing... NOT
yeah it is a definite fake, anybody could throw it in photosjop and do that. i am typing from am iphone now and there is no way someone got dos to run on this thing.
Come on guys this is real! My iphone came with a copy of Vista! didn't yours?
We better contact PR about the lack of continuity among their products.. mine shipped with an old version of Server 2003!
Does anyone else's iPhone display "cingular"? Mine only displays ATT?
why dont you google search that?
I tried. Not many results relating to the upper-left hand corner display.
this is what i found on wiki "AT&T Mobility LLC (usually branded "AT&T," and formerly named Cingular Wireless LLC) " i have no idea if that is why
Hahahaha! it would be easier to hack then
Even Borat would have made a better fake photo.
Delete this thread please.
Why is this thread even here? Somebody please delete this. Seriously.
Can I start pointless threads with photoshop'd images too?
he had a question...he asked it whats wrong with that even know it might be a stupid question, so go complain some where else
It wasn't a stupid question. It was a rhetorical question, therefore pointless to ask. It's blatently obvious what the answer is, so it's a waste of time to ask, just like my replies.
I'm going to go make a root photoshop image, at least that would be plausible and more entertaining...
Fair and Balanced. You Decide. lol
how do you know if it was a rhetorical question?
From the "You decide" part which meant the poster has already made a decision and is looking to a discussion for confirmation. Whatever, it was funny for about 1sec, and he/she got the attention he was looking for.
true he got the attention
I still didn't get an answer on the Cingular branding
search the forums, someone may have posted
cingular was bought by AT&T
