Getoffmeluckycharms macrumors newbie Jun 9, 2017 25 9 Kansas, y'all Sep 25, 2017 #3 Try holding the power button and the home button till the phone turns off. Turn it back on like normal and see if you at least get the Apple logo. That'll at least tell you if it's hardware or software related.
