iPhone/iPad Not Backing Up

Not sure what the problem is but all of the sudden my iPhone and iPad are not backing up to the icloud. I've checked all the settings, tried to do the backups manually but are not going through.

Any ideas?

You might want to try calling Apple. When mine did that, it was due to a corrupt backup that they had to delete for me.

You can delete icloud backups, not sure on the iphone/ipad but im 100% you can do it on icloud control panel on mac.
