iPhone is disables

Hi,
Guys I disabled my iPhone (7.0), I need help to be able to get the password screen again. I haven't synced my phone in a while and wondering if there is way to do this without losing data.

Plug it into iTunes. Hit sync. It should tell you that you need to enter a password to sync and the iPhone should prompt you for the passcode again.

I do not know of any other way around it. If you do not know the password, it will need restored and you will lose anything not backed up.
