iphone keeps restarting after downgrading and jailbreaking

this morning i started to downgrade and jailbreak my iphone but i guess something went wrong cuz now it resets its self over and over... u can only see the little white apple on the black screen and after a sec or two it resterts again and again... hooking it up to comp doesnt work... holding home and sleep buttons just shots iphone off... any suggestions??

your iphone is probably bricked mate...

first you need to connect it to your pc
then hold the power button and home button for 10 secs to shut the iphone down
let go off the power button after it shuts down but keep the home button pressed

after a few seconds it will enter recovery mode...your itunes will automatically detect it....and ask you to restore...
restore it to 1.1.4...
and then to unlock use ziphone[google it if you dont know what it is]
its automatic ...and you should have your iphone up and running in no time 😀

I deleted some folder accidentally in SSH and the iphone was keep restarting and not picking up on itunes!

Tried Everything; Still Restarting!

If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it! I used ziphone to jailbreak my iphone about a month ago. I started noticing problems (i.e. phone spontaneously restarting during calls, wifi not working, freezing up when clicking on "Settings"). So, I tried restoring. I ran into problems during restore, but finally I got the phone restored. I am still having problems. If I try to turn wifi on, the phone constantly reboots. I have restored 5 times through itunes. I have even tried restoring in Recovery mode. Nothing fixes the problem. As long as wifi is turned off, the phone will stay on. I am no longer running ziphone software on the iphone, but I suspect that the restore process is not completely removing the ziphone files.

I dont know what your problem exactly is...but a lot of people have complained about wifi problems after using ziphone 2.6 ...but trying doing this mate...hopefully it will help...[not sure]
restore your phone 1 last time to 1.1.4 firmware....
then unlock it with iplus2.0b [the latest one] ...use the international payload if you are non-us ...http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=34049

try following the instructions and see if it helps.....

wow it works THANKS SO MUCH!! i was panicking when my iphone kept on rebooting. i just got the iphone 3g less then a month ago... thanks for the steps!! i restored it and now im downloading ziPhone! hopefully i know what to do! cheerss
