iphone lag ?

hi guys, just wondering what are some apps that tend to cause our phone to lag once we download it? i have anywhere from game apps to sbsettings/winterboard, backgrounder, etc. just wanna know because my phone is starting to feel laggy more and more now. and i barely have any game apps. and when you remove apps, does any of the data still remain? such as removing backgrounder/kirikae
