Well, I received my iPhone about 2 days ago from a buddy of mine. I jailbroke it etc. After testing a few apps on it, it has seemed to become a little laggy. I don't know why this is, and I don't know how to fix it. I have tried restoring it but I'd like to at least back up my icons and pics before doing so. So what I did was in-fact make a back, and then restore. Then I re-applied the jailbreak to it, to see if maybe it was a program I had, that I removed causing the issue. Upon re-jailbreaking and restoring I noticed alot of my settings were the same, but it was not lagging. So I began installing the apps back on, and I noticed they were downloading very fast and installing very fast, thus more than likely being it didn't delete the program files. Currently on my iPhone I have roughly 160 contact, few CD's of mine, some and some pictures. As far as applications go, Cydia, Icy, Cycorder, iBluetooth, WinterBoard, FontSwap, iTypeFaster, MakeItMine, MxTube, Aim, Myspace, SBSettings, OpenSSH, Five Button Dock, and Five Button SpringBoard. It was running nice and smooth, then out of no where it starting giving me lag, I think it started happening after accessing the AppStore, I'm not quite sure. Any advice on what I should do to fix this issue? It's a 2G iPhone. By the way, yes I am new around here, but I am not new to computer/electronics. I'm just new to iPhone's Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
