I yanked out my lightning cord from my iPhone will the port be ok it only happen twice by accident ?

Is there an actual issue, or is it working fine now? If it's working fine, then it seems like it's all good. Avoid doing things like that in the future as best as you can and you should be all set.

It’s working I just don’t want to bend my pins
 
The first pins to go will be the side capture pins that hold the plug into the socket. There's one on each side. Be sure to always pull the cord straight out and push it straight in.
One of my iPhones has a missing side pin in the port and it's difficult to keep a solid connection when charging if the cable moves a tiny bit.
