iPhone lost cover art after iTunes match enabled

It appears to only be on the first track of every album, not the entire album. Is there any way to fix this? My local library has the cover art attached to every song and it worked fine on my iPhone before iTunes match.

It appears that the first track only gets assigned the cover art. Although I notice if I skip ahead tracks in the same album and then skip back the cover art appears. Very strange and I am certainly not going to sit there and do that for all my songs. I'm a big fan of Apple's products but this one seems to be a little short of the "just works" slogan. I have quite a few hassles with iTunes match (especially with the cover art). Hasn't been the typically smooth Apple experience I'm used to. Hopefully things will smooth out because what has worked so far for iTunes Match I have really liked.
