Hi Guys

I have gmail email accounts set up on my iPhone and my Macbook Pro. I regularly get work emails with attachments through the day which i read on my iPhone. Sometimes i open the attachment, sometimes i don't.

The problem is that on my MBP, about a third of the emails are missing the attachments. Even some of the ones that do have them, the attachments are 'corrupt' and won't open. No problems whatsoever on the iPhone.

Is this a gmail problem or an Apple Mail problem??

Thanks in advance....

i had the same problem until recently
after much search i found a solution in the form of a Mail plug-in called Attachment Tamer - works very well, $15, but is an unlimited function in demo (just a pop-up) when starting Mail
also helps with attachments sent to windows users
