iPhone 6(S)/Plus iPhone - Mac WiFi Calling on Other Devices

I have an iPhone 6s with iOS 11.2.5. My Mac is running Sierra 10.12.6.

I'm not sure when this happened, but I can no longer receive calls to my iPhone on my Mac. When the phone rings, the banner simply no longer shows up on my Mac.

I have tried to reset WiFi calling on other devices, ensure FaceTime notifications are enabled on my Mac, and rebooted both. The iPhone and Mac are on the same WiFi network. I even tried launching FaceTime manually and that did not help either.

Does anyone else have an issue with this?

I signed out of iCloud and back in on both devices to no avail.

Bluetooth is on; AirDrop works flawlessly. Not sure about your second question.
