iPhone makes a new page every time I get a new app

My front page isn't even full 🙁 everytime I get a new app, my phone decides that it's time for a new page. What do I do? Thank you x

As in it creates a second page or a page farther down?

Basically there's still a lot of space on the first page, but it creates a second one and puts the icon there

It won't add an app to your first page even if it was empty. It's the way it is and has been for a long time.

Just press and hold the icon until it wobbles and then slide it to the first page 🙂
