There are no known malware/virus/adware that affect the iPhone. Not widespread at least. The ones that do exist are usually in the jailbreak community through not so reputable repositories.

Also, assume these is one widespread, there is no telling at the moment cause everyone's device is not acting up. It is until we symptoms that you'll know.
