iPhone manager PC

is there an iPhone Manager software for the PC to tranfer music, vids, add/edit notes, rigtones etc?

I use PhoneView on the mac and would love to find a similar software for PC.

Any suggestion appreciated.

I am looking for a way to edit notes, save sms, call logs ect without going through iTunes. 😉

PhoneView works great on the mac and wondering if any of you guys have a recommendation for PC. 🙂
