I'm opening this thread for all those who bought the iPhone 12 Mini.

Is it what you wanted or are you finding it too small?

I was between mini and 12 , coming from a 6S, but i saw the slight reduction in the width as being a problem, since I already struggeld with the keyboard at times.

What are your impressions?

but i saw the slight reduction in the width as being a problem,
Exactly my fear, which is why I went for the regular 12 after cancelling my Mini order. I used my old 7 for a few days to get a feel of the size and the small icons and keypad, but felt it would be a compromise downsizing from the iPhone 10. Happy with the 12 ( for now :p).

Looks like Apple removed the power brick and the phone from the box this year ...

the notch eats up "too much" real estate on the mini than on the rest of the 12 lineup
the mini will get more appealing whenever they will decide to deal with the notch

It literally eats up no more screen real estate as it compares to the other models of iPhone 12. You don’t lose a single thing. Same number of status bar icons, same amount of usable space for content.

glad you see it that way

That is not a fault, but the primary purpose of the Mini, to better accommodate one handed users. Like how historically mobile phones were used. You give up nothing coming from a 6/7/8/2020 SE. The screen is wider despite the 3mm narrower body.
