Ninja Dom macrumors 6502a Nov 26, 2008 #4 I remember reading an article around June 2007 when the original iPhone was launched in the US. The article was about taking the phone apart. inside the reporter said the iPhone had the same Music Processor Chip that can be found in the iPod 5.5G (iPod Classic wasn't available at the time).
