Depends on the specs. You're asking people to consider a product that, as far as we know, doesn't exist and might not be released.

yea but do u think there is any need for a smaller iphone. i think the size is ok it just needs a better camera and needs few tweaks and it will be super.

Would it open up a new market at a lower price point? Yes. I think there is a bit of a need for it because there are people who won't pay for a 200 dollar iPhone.
