Has anyone else gotten this? What info do they need? I have been on hold for the past hour and 45 minutes :)mad:) so I want to make the actual talking fast!

Maybe you entered in your social security number wrong?

This is what happened to me... wrong social. But I knew right away since they declined the purchase.

I had to go to an AT&T store and bring 2 IDs and my ssn card. They fixed and then I was able to order.

That would be a huge security vulnerability. Then essentially you could just guess until you got something valid. Even if they limit it to like a three-try thing, that would be hairy.

I guess...but seriously waiting this long to fix something that small really has lowered my opinion of Apple's customer service.
