Im having an issue with my iPhone and when I look up the warranty status on Apple's site, it just says the phone has never been activated and it can't look up the warranty status. What can I do?

You only have a Warranty if you follow the rules, and activate it. Activate the phone and it should show up.

Well if you can't get it to restore then it wouldn't matter if it was under warranty or not, jailbreaking voids the warranty (if Apple finds out.)

Apple officially states that activation doesn't depend on warranty. Maybe try to restore an official firmware on the phone? make sure iTunes recognizes that the phone is in recovery mode
