iPhone no longer syncs. Says 29GB over capacity since yesterday's OS update

If I deselct "convert songs to 256Kbps" and wait a couple of seconds, then re-enable it, the capacity is correct (6GB free)
If I then sync, towards the end of the sync it suddenyl says I'm 29GB over capacity...but Im definitely not.

Anybody else having the issue since yesterdays OS update?

Yes, I have this issue with my iPod touch. My old one had battery issues, so I took it in for an exchange and the replacement unit is suffering from this exact issue.

I don't convert my songs. They are all lossless. Basically it starts and finished copying all my music and then all my audio becomes "Other".

Never mind. Found it. I had an odd rule suddenly appear in a Smart Playlist that I hadn't set myself.
