iPhone "No Sim" message

Am currently in Hunagry with my iPhone and it has been working fine all week roaming. Last night, however, a "No Sim" message has appeared where the o2 logo should be in the top left hand corner and i cant use the phone or send texts etc.

Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?!?!

Did the change occur after a move to a different part of the country? I'm just thinking aloud here, but could it be that you are now in an area which has no roaming agreement with O2?

Have you tried switching off for a couple of minutes. Keep us posted if you can.
