iPhone not connected error

I've been experiencing conflicts between my iPhone's USB connection and Canon's CameraWindow app. Following advice on another forum I moved the CameraWindow app to a new location but now my iPhone won't mount and is unrecognised by iTunes. After moving CameraWindow back I still can't iPhone to connect. 🙁
