iPhone not letting me sign into apple store

Okay, so suddenly my AppStore stopped letting me download apps and when i tried logging into the applestore from settings, it didn't work and it's not letting me sign in.

I made the time automatic
Restarted my phone
Switched off my phone
Pressed "renew lease" on wifi
Reset all settings

I've tried everything and it's still not working. Please help.

What error message does it give you when you try to sign in into the applestore from settings?
Did you try logging in with wifi turned off just by using carrier data?
