iPhone not updating to 4.2

I'm having a problem where iTunes isn't updating my iPhone, or a co-worker's, to 4.2 for some odd reason. At home I get this message and she gets it at work:

"There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone "xxxxx iPhone:. An unknown error occurred (9006). Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later."

We both have the iPhone 4 (4.1) 16GB models and iTunes 10.1.

Any suggestions or ideas?

I am having the exact same problem with both my iPhone 4 (32GB) and my iPad (32GB WiFi).

Alright I've managed to fix it!

I disabled my anti-virus (Kaspersky) during the download and update process and it was perfect!

Same solution worked for me as well yesterday. Kaspersky was the problem as well.

having the same problem even with no anti virus running!!! its just not working, other forums say just try it over and over then it will work, but i am on try 9/10!!
