How do you transfer notes written on the iPhone to your Mac?

Currently this is only available in email form. Just click the little envelope at the bottom of the notes page and email it. Hopefully there will be a way to sync notes soon. If Apple doesn't do it, there could be an app after the sdk is released.

Actually there is currently a third party solution to your problems.

It's called ExportNotes, and is available through the Moyashi source.

They also have an ImportNotes, to do the reverse.

You have to set up an iCloud email account & then you sync your notes.
