iOS iPhone on iOS 14.2, but Xcode only supports 14.1?

I have the latest update for Xcode 12.1 which doesn't have options for 14.2 for iOS. Am I missing something? I can't run/test apps on my phone as its a newer version than what Xcode is building for.

The stable versions of Xcode and iOS are usually in sync, but you can always download the beta Xcode from developer.apple.com
