iphone Photo Effect "Helda" in iphoto

My wife has an iphone, and does this cool thing using a download to her iphone, it is a photo effect called Helda and looks really cool.

I am running iphoto version 6, is this effect something you can download into iphoto???

The effect is Helga and it simulates the effect of taking a photo on a Holga camera.

There isn't a plugin for iPhoto for it but there are for the higher-end apps like Aperture and Photoshop.

There may be stand alone apps that will do it but I haven't done a google search for them.
