iCloud iPhone photo is uploaded to iCloud even though it is disabled

hello

A few weeks ago I disabled iCloud photo, My photo Stream and today I noticed all my latest video and photos are uploaded to iCloud.
I am wondering why this is happening. Is there any other hidden iCloud setting I need to disable ?
