I was at the cemetery yesterday morning, Mother's Day, to bring flowers to my parents graves and I kept hearing a really weird airplane engine just south of the cemetery. I looked up and saw this heart up in the sky. I was able to capture it before it blew away a few seconds later. I have no idea what the other things were below it because they were too distorted already. It was too hard to see the screen on my iPhone so all I could do was point and shoot and hope for the best.

That is awesome...

Mothers Day weekend. Couldn't go see my mother or the mother in law. But we did have some friends come over and did a little cook out for all the mothers we did have present.

Hollywood Boulevard iPad Advertising:apple:  :D

I just noticed that the other day as well (needless to say I try to avoid this intersection), I was like "woah....thats one damn big advertisement!"

& at first I thought that was me driving there turning left on Hollywood blvd, thats a black G37...I drive a black G35. Now THAT would've been ironic....

Here's a few of my favs...over the course of owning my iphone.

The first one is from an orchard in Pennsylvania...I didn't intend to warp it like that...it kinda just happened.
The second one is from an after party at a rodeo in Texas. I like how it caught their legs mid motion.
The third one is just some lilies by a tree in our front yard.
The fourth one is from the 2010 Birmingham, Al Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil...a little blown out, but I still like it.
The fifth one is from a car photoshoot...my husband is flash painting with a long exposure with his dslr...I like how the iphone light sensor didn't get all of it...kind of interesting.

Be careful. I've heard that bears have been known to steal iPhones before. California bears are real big on geocaching food supplies for winter - no more hibernation now that they have GPS devices.

lol that's pretty funny, i found it especially amusing since i actually received bear mace as a gift today from my g/f lol

pano app

the pano shots were edited by Autostitch, anyone have experiences with both autostitch and pano? what are your thoughts?

It looks like the pictures keep their original size with Autostitch. The pics i posted earlier that i took with Pano were the size that the app makes them. I guess Pano scales them down. Im not sure i like those black borders that Autostitch puts around the pics.

i know the black boarders arent to appealing but the more pictures you take, for example:

going from left to right take a bottom shot of your lefty view then a top shot, and continue till you have your desired photos. I believe that, that meathod will help eliminate the black boarders or atleast the jaggedness of the boarder.

furthermore in the app it gives you the option to crop your photo. I simply chose not to crop the photos.
