    Wish I had more than 20Mbps at home ... it'd make streaming the 4k versions of these videos a lot easier.

    I tried it just in my back yard today and I was very impressed as well. Despite Apple's claim that it's just for portraits of people, it seems to work fairly well on inanimate objects as well (to varying degrees of success). Even despite its limitations (distance and available light), I can see myself using this feature a LOT.

    I dunno, it's a beta but I came away less than impressed primarily because of the limitations:
    1. You need an immense amount of light in order for the image to truly 'pop' (indoor lighting need not apply'
    2. It's rather limiting
    3. DOF effect is far better on current Android devices (the note 7 and the 10 for instance) with only a single lens

    It's an intriguing feat for apple and it can definitely be a selling point. However it has it's drawbacks
