So I want to buy the new iPhone (XS Plus) in pre order as soon as it comes out (12.9).
I'm im LA till the 23.9. Can I pre order it on apple website and pick it up at store by the 23?

Probably won't know when you can preorder until the actual announcement of the phones and then, you might not be guaranteed a phone if they sell out. So, nobody can really answer that.

But if we talkng aboy the iPhone 8 or so. if I have ordered it asap and go to the store for pick up when its got to stores, will I be able to pick it up by 2 days after its got to store or it can be out of stock?

I think if you order it to pick up in stores it would have to be there for you. Plus, the 8s are probably in stock right now and you could just go without ordering it first.

I will buy bestbuy again , last yrs i did preorder X at 6 AM late , and still got processing alright and pickup right schedule release day

which is late , and bestbuy still processing for me pick up same day ,

it depend which bestbuy area , some bestbuy noone buy somebuy many , but better than apple.com tons of people
