iPhone Price Drop?

By about how much will the price of the iPhone 3G drop after the new iPhone is announced? I'm thinking of getting a cheap iPhone 3G from the inventory of some company who wants to dispose of their old iPhones cheaply like on Ebay.

Unless people are able to immiedately unlock the new ones, which they probably will not, the prices will stay pretty high and may actually go up as they did last year.

I don't know about the cost of the phone, but there better be a price drop in the data plan. I would hate the idea of paying the same price for slower speeds when the new iPhone will be capable of 7.0+ mb speeds!

The old ones will be taken out of stock as soon as the new ones are available and used as replacements for damaged/warranty claims.

Don't expect a price drop in the phone or data plan. Apple may have a few 3G iPhones on their refurb site.
