I have a question for you guys...

After the 4.1 update, my iPhone receiver (ear speaker) stopped working... I tried restoring 3 times (even in DFU mode!) and nothing. So I'm going tomorrow morning to the Apple Store, appointment booked and all.

The question is: my iPhone has the invisibleshield. Should I leave it on? Remove it? If they need to give me a new phone, will that be a problem if I leave it on?

Does anyone know?

The way that I know to apply an invisibleshield is by using water and a dry cloth to remove bubbles. So if you leave it on, Apple might blame you for the earpiece not working by saying that you must has gotten water inside the earpiece.

just saying, best to take it off.

i dont think it matters..apple guys at store are not as bad as we think they are..well atleast in my case. I had battery problems with my 3gs and took it to apple in florida and i had custom airbrush housing and i had voided my warranty by doing that but he helped me out and told me its the battery problem. Next day i was in california and took it to apple store in san fransisco and they replaced my battery right there and then. They actually showed my jailbroken phone with airbrush housing to other employees and manager and they all were cool about it, didnt make a big deal. So I guess it depends on the reps you deal with.
