Have you users ever drop your iPhone with a case on it do you guys see any sort of damage in the outside or notice anything internally be damage?

I drop mine today in the morning with my spec presidio pro case and it fell from my bed to the wooden floor in my bedroom I don’t see any damage but I want to be sure if if anything else got damaged in the process I have a screen protector and a case to cover my investment?

I recently dropped my X onto a concrete sidewalk with not a scratch on the phone (case only, no screen protector)and no internal damage, however my and anyone else’s anecdote means nothing when it comes to your phone and what might happen if you drop it. It might be ok and it might be catastrophically damaged. No one can know until it happens.

Why don’t you just continue using your phone as you typically would and if nothing strikes you as odd, let it go and move on?

It’s fine, especially with that particular case.

The exterior gets damaged first, then the internals.

For example iPhone 6 and 6S usually have a few screws wandering around on the loose inside the phone after many hard drops. But they have heavily crushed corners and even bends in the frame. For some reason it’s the 6 series only that’s unscrewing itself after drops. Funny when it happens to the screws holding the Taptic Engine.
