iPhone registration in iTunes

I sync about half a dozen devices with my iTunes, the latest being a second iPhone. When I first sync'ed the new iPhone I went through the registration process but now from time to time iTunes will send me through the process again, but only for the new iPhone. All other devices (another iPhone, two iPads, two iTouch's and a Nano) I don't see this happening. Any ideas on how to register the iPhone once and for all?

I have the same problem, each time I open iTunes it asks me to register the phone.
