Hi,

Just thought I should share my story about my iPhone (as I have shared many about my MacBook Pro in that forum section!)

My iPhone developed a crack from top to bottom of the glass/plastic front panel yesterday. I took it in today. The genius (who knew me already from going in with my Mac recently) asked what he could do for me. I simply placed my iPhone face up on the bar, he instantly started the process for a replacement no questions asked! I am now an extremely happy Apple customer again now my Mac and new iPhone are working perfectly again!

Nice! Always great to have an experience like this.

I sometimes feel embarrassed going to my Apple store because the employees recognize me. :p

I'm actually known pretty well in the two Apple stores in my area. I'm on my ?10th? 3G I think?

Also went through three 1st gen replacements. They are pretty accomodating with iPhone replacements. Bad thing is I lost a BSE back shield on my last two replacements...

+1 ^^^ I say take it back until Apple gets it right; Hell, you paid for it and it's within warranty......:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:

I really really really hope that the Apple stores sell iPhones in Canada next release.. I hate having to wait for replacements in the mail.
