My wife has a 3 month old iPhone 4 with AT&T; phone got dropped in sink tonight. It's now dead..... Does anyone know if we can purchase another one to replace this on our current plan??? Or do when have to setup a additional line??

I've heard if you go to the Apple Store and pay $200 they'll just replace the iPhone for you.
