Has anyone here had their iPhone 4 16GB/32GB replaced with an 8GB iPhone 4 or a 16GB/32GB iPhone 4S?

This again?

Just because they don't sell 16/32GB iPhone 4s anymore doesn't mean they don't have them for replacements.

Apple can still replace original iPhones (from 2007).

Their policy is to replace a broken item with the exact same item. On rare occasions you'll hear about exceptions being made.

i hate to give into these but,Apple will never give you a lesser or greater version for whatever phone they're replacing I have an Iphone 4S Black 32gb it will always be replaced with one just like that.Except if its insurance like assurion

You will get the same model phone, color and storage.
They will not downgrade you and wont give you a newer model either.
They have plenty replacements in stock and if they dont they will order one for you.
