My iPhone 5c clicks and or pops when you press on the screen
Called t-mobile for replacement waited 2 days got it and the replacement device is in poorer condition than mines. It's got 2 heavy scratches on the screen and Chips and or nicks on all 4 corners....

What should I do...

My device is new with no scratches and I'm getting a refurb device that's poor.

That's what happens when you get a refurb from a carrier like T-Mobile, at&t, etc. It's a used phone that's merely cleaned up and not the same as Apple refurbished with brand new case, screen and battery.
