When using express replacement service, anyone have issues where they denied you service or charged you for a new phone bc of scratches and minor dings on ur phone? Or is that considered normal wear and tear

depends how bad it is, scratches shouldn't be a problem. but if the dents are pretty bad they could deny service

a couple? it really depends how bad they are. if you have some dents and scratches on the front and back you seem pretty rough on your phone

Not really dents but like a small ding, and the scratches aren't noticeable unless you shine a light on it

nope, they dont care about that. I've done express replacement over 11 times.

Living where there was no apple store makes it like this. And used it with family as well.
