So I just replaced my iPhone 6 through Apple express replacement and it came with a brand new one year of warranty.

I always thought in the past that when they gave you a phone it only kept the original warranty or extended it 90 days. For example, if its July 2015 and your warranty expires in August, getting a replacement would extend it to October.

Anyways just an observation so this may be good news for some of you.

Should only be 90 days or the remainder of your current warranty - whichever is longer.

Check your warranty again in a few days. It's been mentioned here that Apple is somewhat slow to update their website on the matter.
Idk dude. Originally got iPhone 6 Jan 11 2015, warranty expired Jan 11 2016 but this new replacement says warranty expires July 5 and gave me 90 days of technical support. Just rang them up and they confirmed everything looks good.

Telephone Technical Support: Active
Your product is eligible for complimentary telephone technical support.
Estimated Expiration Date: October 4, 2015
More about complimentary support

Repairs and Service Coverage: Active
Your product is covered for eligible hardware repairs and service under Apple's Limited Warranty.
Estimated Expiration Date: July 5, 2016

So, Apple has essentially given you an additional 6 months then, not a year - if coverage was set to expire in January of next year.

Still more than 90 days though. Do you have AppleCare+?

No. I dont think they Gave me another 6 months, it seems they sent a brand new device that comes with a full year warranty like all new devices do.

Well provide update in a few days. It's very likely it will update to Jan 2016 expiry once it works through the system.

Fwiw, I imagine a screenshot showing the one year expiration date will give you some mileage should you need service after six months...

Its always the way Eyoung said above.
They don't give you another full year every time you get a replacement, it's against policy.
Maybe you got lucky and got away with getting another full year but its not how it typically works with replacements.

White box. It's been a few days and nothing has changed. Documented everything with pictures too.

Are you aware that you can use the EDIT button on the original post to post again soon after the first post, and not start a new post one minute later. Just saying ;)

perfect. they say a picture is worth a 1000 words. If I were you I would go down to a local apple store and ask some questions.
