Guys I just got the email for my reservation, crazy. It held my shipping time of 2-3 weeks, but does not allow me the 11/3 in store pick up that was available when I made the order. Hope you guys got your emails too!
That is weird, someone else finally got a manager to retrieve their number and said it expired, right?
 
No - just that at this time my only option is to order again with delivery of 12/12-17 OR to go to the store on 11/3 which you can imagine how that would go.

I am trying to locate any email address of a sales exec I can possibly email to but can't find anything. Any suggestions? It's so frustrating that I am in this situation completely out of my control and due to clearly an error on Apple's side for not generating an email for one reason or another. I never thought I need to 'protect' myself by screen shot everything I get when the notification on the screen said I would get am email

The locate it now cause it got escalated to a manager, which I was never able to get to because the phones were down all day Friday!

Try emailing Tim Cook, I heard that a team similar to executive services is responding back on his behalf. Be sure to include all communication between you and Apple as an attachment for reference purposes.
