I am trying to locate any email address of a sales exec I can possibly email to but can't find anything. Any suggestions? It's so frustrating that I am in this situation completely out of my control and due to clearly an error on Apple's side for not generating an email for one reason or another. I never thought I need to 'protect' myself by screen shot everything I get when the notification on the screen said I would get am email

The locate it now cause it got escalated to a manager, which I was never able to get to because the phones were down all day Friday!
