iphone restore getting errors 21, 11, 3194

Hi, my IPhone is in recovery mode, and im trying to restore it, I Tried to restore it and I got error 21, I then followed steps in Host files and removed the 2 lines, then got error 11, then I Opened tiny umbrella and done the stuff and I got error 3194, It then just kept repeating, can anyone help me please? i have a iphone 4s
