iPhone restore problem

Hi, when i restored my Iphone and turn it on i always get
Screen-Shot-2012-09-02-at-11.30.37-PM.png
this screen and nothing more..
 
seems like something went wrong during the restore process, try plugging into computer with iTunes and complete the restore process.
