iPhone Restore - What is saved?

Hey all,

Fairly simple question for those that have done it.

If I need to restore my iPhone 3GS for, ahem, whatever reason, does the backup store things like saved games, achievements, stats etc.? Obviously it's all internal app stuff, but if it doesn't back up things like that then it's a bit of a bummer.

Yes it saves games scores and progress etc....

When you restore from a backup, it restores everything but music, video, photos (stuff that you can only sync).

Yes, you can restore every thing from backup You can store game ,song,video songs.
