Other iPhone Return/Exchange Policy

I plan on getting a 10is Match sometime this week. Since going all black and space grey for most of my iPhone experience, I plan to mix it up with the gold color this time around. I've played around with it in the store, but it's not enough time to settle in with the color. I've heard people disliking this color over time due to the pink/rose gold color that often comes up under certain lighting conditions, but at it's optimal lighting, it looks gold as intended.

My question is, how easy is it to return or exchange the color after I purchase it? Of course if I do exchange/return, it will be within the 14day window return policy. Will they give me a new one (brand new in box) if I want to exchange the color or even size? Or give me a phone from their back stock of the color and or storage size? I'm still debating between the 256BG and 512GB version.

I plan to buy a sim-free version and buy it outright and perhaps trade in my 7+ to knock it down a bit. Thanks in advance!

Very easy and all you need to do is let them know you’d like to change to a different color and they generally won’t give you any issues doing so. Yes it will be brand new retail packaging as well.
