I don't have the airplay icon on my 4S, but I've seen it done on Youtube. How do I get the icon and it to work with my 4S?

You have to be connected to a wireless network for it to appear, and I'm not positive but I think something that accepts AirPlay ie. AppleTv or computer has to be on the same wireless network.
